Scouting note
What to know before you bid
Widely rated as one of the best attacking midfielders in the world, priced here off a debut Premier League season that returned five goals and three assists. He played 34 of 38, so availability is not the question -- the question is whether year two clicks. New manager in Andoni Iraola, he started the opener, and at €100m he is one of the five most valuable players in the division.
